I placed an online order and when i went to pick up my food 30 minutes later I was advised that the cook had walked out and it would be a while! I have made contact with Management on 2 different occasions and my money for the food I never received has yet to be refunded! I was told that I would receive a call back and never did. Ill just not waste my time calling again or ever returning to that location or maybe dennys in general.

User's recommendation: Do not go to the dennys on louetta rd in TX.

Tanya was our server and she has restored my faith in Denny's! She is the best thing to happen to Denny's bar since video gambling! I hope she stays there for a long time and she should get a raise!

They were absolutely packed and she was the only server running the bar and tables and she was a rock star she got it done and even found time to get me a refill without me asking.

A drop in the quality of a menu item

Have yet to have my call returned. The moon over my hammy product is wildly erratic from one shop to another. Some use overly salted ham. Apparently eggs are powder. Also, it's time to get all the cooks to present us with a uniform product. Bread is often under toasted with no butter on top. Eggs are often disagreeable fluffy & ham rolled, cigar- like. Good recipe has been trashed.

After ordering online it gave 0830 for time of pick up and for me to call location. I called the location once but they say they do not have an order for me, and I have a receipt of the transaction and it shows on my Bank app. Now the store won't answer the phone.

User's recommendation: Never request curbside and pay when you get there.

I made an online order on June 16th, 2022 and when it was time to pick up the order the location was closed. My bank account was still charged for the order. I need this rectified immediately.

Receive food cold. Only two customers in store at the time dining. I believe my server was new. Co Worker would not help him. Said experience

Ordered my food again it was only two customers in the store myself and another one. Food was waiting in the back while I sat there waiting for my server to bring it to me. My service new appears to be. Co Worker would not help him when he asked for help several times.

This store is never open past 10 pm.

This store is never open past 10 pm. According to the website it opens at 6 am not. And is open till midnight. This is False advertising and misleading information to the public.

Complaint about general manager

Your Los Banos location needs new management. At that's No if's , ands or buts. When you have more than 1/2 of your restaurant empty and most of those tables are dirty and 30 people waiting up to 1 hrs 40min to sit and get told the kitchen is backed up from phone orders. Shut down the damn phone orders.. Thank for this email I forgot to tell my story on Facebook.

I am upset and mad that i have not received my money back

on 5/7/22 i order a mothers day meal and i pick it up yet i was charged $11.99 for a gratuity fee i went to pick up and still i was charge for this as i order thur the on-line so i could just pick up due to the fact i knew u might be bussiness. Now that i have not receive my $11.99 back to this day 05/14/22 i will report it to the better business bureau i feel that u should return my $11.99 plus at least 10 per cent for my agony that i had to re write another complaint. First of all if she is under 18 she should not be working after 10 pm. It is not that the girl cannot handle it.

It is she is not allowed to work after hours by law. You have a habit of bashing your coworkers.

Why should they rehire you. You will just be bashing them again.
