I have tried for 45 minutes to get through to the store I made an online order for that got my sandwich wrong cannot get through any which way sent husband back out there to exchange sandwiches for the one I ordered cuz I can't eat the one that was sent home with us so Now using extra gas to get back out there and home and need to get to bed for work in the morning not sure if I will ever order from Denny's again I would really like my money back the order is under Dustin Pierce made tonight it was for $36 and some change

I somewhat disagree with what happened to me on Sunday, December 12. My partner and I went for lunch and I ordered the French aunts and a dinner plate plus coffee we tried to use the coupon that said 50% on the French toast but unfortunately the QR NEVER WORKED the offer remained valid until Dec 13/23 I still keep the copy of the aforementioned and the receipt of the total I paid that was $41.28 dollars x if you like to see it? I would ask you in the kindest way to respect your offers to the customer like me and at least refund me the discount they offered Thank you for your attention.

I'm originally from California, and have been going to Denny's with my family for more than 55 years now, however I can honestly say that this was the absolute WORST experience that I've ever had at a Denny's restaurant. I took my family and friends to this location as it was close to where my friends live.

Being that it was Christmas Day I can understand that they were possibly short-staffed for whatever reason, however the service was absolutely atrocious! When we arrived (there were seven of us) we sat for 16 minutes before I finally got up and went to the register to ask if someone was ever going to help us. 5 minutes later a server came over and proceeded to take our order, however it took another 13 minutes before I returned to the register to ask for the drinks that we had ordered. He eventually showed up with the drinks, and that was the last we saw of him for 43 minutes.

I can honestly say that I've NEVER experienced anything like this in my life, especially at a Denny's! In the 43 minutes that we waited for our food to arrive, I actually lost count of how many people were coming in, waiting, and eventually getting up and walking out. What made it worse, was that there were more people leaving than there were staying, and between two servers, and a basically empty restaurant, we finally received our food 59 minutes later, THEN, to top it off, the waiter didn't have the turkey sandwich that I had ordered for myself at which point he said, let me go check with the kitchen. After EVERYONE at our table was finished eating I once again returned to the register to ask where my food was, and his response was quote: "Oh, they never brought that out to you", at which point I told him to just cancel the sandwich that I had ordered and to just give me the check.

He removed the turkey sandwich and handed me the check. So, after waiting for close to an hour and a half, I left not having been able to eat with my family and friends, along with having a group of VERY unhappy people that were VERY unimpressed with the entire Denny's experience. In reviewing the receipt I noticed that it said there were 5 guests, however as I mentioned we were 7, so he didn't even have that right. PLUS, he never removed the stack of menus that were sitting on our table the entire time!

I'm incredulous with regard to this entire experience, and will definitely think twice before ever returning to this Denny's with a mid-size group of people late at night or on a holiday. For your information, you can verify the order number, which was 201853, table number 73 at 10:22:55pm on 12/25/23.

Order a pickup order online. Got to store and 1/2 the order was unavailable. Then I was told they couldn't refund me. This is 2nd time that has happened. 1st time was for 1 item and like 5$ so I didn't pursue it. This time it's for 3 items almost $30! This is not right. They should have the ability to correct the charges in store. Period.

Hello, my name is Cody Devor. I am writing you to inform you that on 1/17/2024 my wife and i ordered dennys online and then drove 25 minutes to pick it up, when i went to the door I noticed all the lights were turned off (they were on when i pulled in) this was around 830 on martin luther king jr.

Day. I seen a car parked on the side with multiple people in it and walked up to the car and asked the people inside if they know if dennys closed and since they all worked there a young man in the back spoke up and said yes they closed early.

I asked about my order i placed a half hour ago and he said he sent the money back to my card and I should get it back in about 5-7 days, well its been 10 days and i havnt received it and when i call the restaurant they pick up and hang up. Im about to file a police report for theft if i dont get someone to talk to.

No food no service

We waited for 20 minutes to have our order taken than after another 30 minutes I finally got up and asked the hostess if our order was going to be ready in the next few minutes and he said no that they were working on a $800.00 door dash order I also noticed other people before us hadn't gotten there food and I told him I would think that the people in the restaurant came first. I told him to cancel our food and charge us for coffee but the waitress said that was ok I thank her and left, that is unexcused. This is the first time that has every happen to us in a Denny's and it will be a very long time again before it does word by mouth doesn't help the business world.

I am saddened by the recent changes in your military discount policy. AARP is rewarded a 15% discount and Veterans now receive no discount unless I'm in uniform...?

Previously, I needed a military ID - now I need to wear a uniform...? I wore my uniform and served proudly spending a year in combat in Vietnam. You honor AARP I no longer support, because they contributed $millions to ObamaCare. Obama did his best to decimate our military, but whoever makes your policies has decided to NOT support prior military.

PLEASE EXPLAIN your rationale for your lack of support for all Veterans! I am disgusted by Denny's decision for your lack of appreciation of all Veterans!

Failure was not an acceptable solution, but obviously Denny's has failed to honor those who fought for Americans freedom. This is very sad and unfortunate for kicking Vets to the curb!

Most veterans join because they want to serve the country and make it a better and safer place to live in. You only joined so you can get discounts at restaurants.

97% of Denny’s are privately owned. The military discount ranges from 10-20% depending on location. Any changes would be on a location be location basis.

Terrible operations

I worked for Sandeep Shaw five years ago. I chose to leave because Sandeep stole money from the company and ran the business into the ground. Now I found out that he has closed 5 stores that had worked with and I am disgusted that Denny's corporate would allow this, go to his Denny's in Ontario Oregon it is disgusting. Have some dignity and hold your franchises accountable.

Never have I experienced as much terrible service as I have today. I am highly unsatisfied with my visit this morning at Dennys starting with one I got to Dennys and there was a huge line with nobody at the front to reception.

I waited 40 minutes before anybody could even get helped so I started doing an online order. I leave and come back because my abscess. My order is ready I get there. It takes another 30 minutes for somebody to help me, then I finally get help and they tell me my order is not ready yet.

I wait another 20 minutes and then they finally give me my food.

I go to my truck I drive home I check Im missing one of my breakfast I called and the lady says that Im wrong that she put all the food in there which she did. I was missing one Santa Fe skillet And she still got an attitude with me and was like what what what do you want what What what do you want us to do to help so I told her I want my other order and then she finally agrees to wait but this customer service is awful.
Oh and also i called about 20 times and nobody answers and i would see the employees walk past the phone like nothing.

Why should anyone believe a scammer. You are trying to get a full refund for ALL your food.

If you want a full refund RETRUN THE food. The only thing that you should get a refund for it the food that was missing.

Also it seems like you eventually got your full order, so unless you return the food you should not get a refund. If you cannot afford to eat visit a soup kitchen.

Bullying in your restaurant

You have an employee who is bullying your waitress we asked what the boy's name was and we was told Elijah Talbert he's always bullying his girl and there's managers that not doing anything and she is one of our favorite waitresses we always look forward to coming and seeing her but the day we saw her she was shaking because this boy just kept bullying her something needs to be done this should not be allowed we won't come back in there unless he is out of there and this is the Denny's on Eastern parkway in Louisville Kentucky

I recently ordered food from Denny's restaurant store 6714.

I ordered my food at 1:36 I did not get my food until 2: 05pm. My food sat on the to go table the cashier told me she didn't know how long he was sitting there.

When I check the quality of my food it was not good I asked the manager for a refund he told me no he said my food would have looked different if I dinned in. I said it shouldn't make a difference.

He refused to give me my refund I told him I live in dekalb and I have to go to work so I left the food at the restaurant without my money. I'm not sure what to do from here please reach out to let me know what's next thank you.

I ordered, and pickup time was at 3:04 to pick the food. Waited 2 housr before I was Abel to get someone attention for pickup. Very rude, manager at Dennys on capital rd. and Berryessa rd. Very unprofessional. Tried talking to him, but he was in the back smoking some glass thing. I paid $58 dollars and the food was very cold. I also had most of my order not in the bag. I had to go back and pick up the rest of my order in the freezing cold. I will never go to that Dennys again. I wasn't the only customer that night that waited and was being treated unfairly. Fire the Manager!!!

Unsatisfied with time and food quality

I ordered a country fried steak with hashbeowns and onion rings. Delivery estimated time 12:15am. Order was placed online at 11:30 p.m. Order was not delivered until 1:48am and was completely cold. I paid 22 dollars and would like to be compensatesd something, weather it be refunded or gift certificate or card for a future meal.
