I tried to call corporate and the phone rings one time then hangs up. Also, today is my birthday and my birthday slam never came.

On the day of 21 August 2020 for my wife and I came to eat here at Dennys on Main Street in Alhambra. It was really morning but we normally do this at that time.
When the food that was served to us was a simple breakfast slam. We noticed that he started to feel a little ill. If you hours later, you can tell that she my wife was sick and proceeded to go to the hospital so to make things worse, not only did the manager of the store at this time six by the afternoon decided to ask for a receipt which was provided. Then he wanted a medical report as if he could actually read a report.
I just seen that he was becoming very uncooperative and very hostile, because he decided to raise his voice in front of his own customers, and walk away.
Very unprofessional in his part. I never seen so rude behavior, and very poor banners when dealing with a customer that was sickened by the food he provided.
I had to give one star because I had to make a selection. I wouldve given him none, even a negative star if that was a choice.

Went to visit your restaurant in Aberdeen WA store #8855 around 1230 after midnight , the graveyard shift. When we arrived we were not spoken to for at least 10 minutes, I blew this off and said that everything was fine and that it was ok I understood they were busy with the 3 tables they had there, no problem.
We then had to wait around 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at all and still I smiled and told them that it was ok I understood because Ive been in the hotel and restaurant industry for over 20 years again no problem.finally he went to seat us and I have a service animal for seizures which he demanded to see my papers and was going to throw us out because he does not believe my dog really was , so I believe maybe you need to update your employees on protocol for people with service animals, I just was respectful but felt disrespected. That went on for another 20 min just saying sorry we will get to you. Finally almost an hour has gone by and he asked if we want water while we wait, we said that was fine , and again being in this industry I have the patience to deal with service food or bad slow or fast. Had to ask him for coffee for my wife as well as the waters which we got an eye roll for and I started getting a little impatient.
He finally brought her coffee and no waters at that point and again getting more upset. He brought waters 10 min later and then 10 to 15 min after that asked for our order . Upset we got an appetizer but I blew it off as a graveyard shift thing. Finally got are food and was never asked if we wanted any actual drinks and both my water and her coffee was gone had to track him down to get a strawberry lemonade for my wife again not making him happy but he eventually got it after forgetting it until I reminded him after we got are food.
We were not talked to again after that point , no how is everything, can get you anything else , no more waters, no more refills, did ask for a coke at the end because its what I wanted in the beginning and he sarcastically said he would do it but I'll be charged for it. Obviously I'd be charged for the drink, and we live near a homeless community and I felt as if he was being rude saying I couldn't afford by telling me he had to add it to the bill. We are not homeless or poor by any means but the server Victor S. Made me and my wife feel disrespected and as if we were trash , I was so embarrassed for us.
He basically rushed us out the door and forced us out not knowing I needed to order food to go for my mother on our way out, but never got that chance and went elsewhere for it, I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant before and not one employee I have trained over the years would ever treat a guest this way , so I am very disappointed and hurt. On top of everything you had another guest here who was being unruly who he called the police on and the customer was forced to leave. That same customer came back twice and I was the one who calmly made him leave as the server did nothing and just screamed at him .
I would like a phone call and apology truly embarrassed and hurt that in the industry I love and worked so hard for the last 20 so years I was completely treated as if I was trash. As I'm writing this he's yelling at us to leave and refusing the guest behind me service for coffee and side hash browns while in the background there is a radio blasting rap music and we can barely hear each other and now the cook and him are walking outside to smoke so I guess me and my wife are confused they left us alone in here now and pointing at us from outside smoking, we are leaving now thank you for listening.

we waited at Denny's for over 20 minutes at a table with no acknowledgement of us even though employees passed us by . At one point an employee started cleaning the table by us and one of my fellow diners asked if we should say something to her.
I said , no I don't think she's the waitress I think she's the cleaner. I meant the busser but I couldn't think of that name. She immediately said " do you think I can't hear you . I'm not a cleaner I'm a waitress> So I said, well we've been here over 15 minutes and no one has even brought us water.
All she would say was we were so rude to call her a "cleaner" but that's what she was doing.
She continued to berat us and we got up and left. We will never go back to this Dennys although I don't think they would care

I went to go eat at the Denny's location in Portland Oregon near Mall 205 at 5:00 in the morning I went in not as I had to use the bathroom kindly waited for the server to get done with the table so I
Was racially profiled discriminated and physically attacked at Denny's on mall 205 just for wanting to use the bathroom so I didn't urinate on myself
The server became highly irate attack me with a broom and then called her co-workers they then all ganged up on me throwing punches at me told me to get the *** out Niger
And physically assaulted me time and time again until I found the strength to run away from their abuse
I am currently a process of seeking an attorney for a lawsuit I've tried calling corporate there is no such thing as Colin corporate you have to go online which may never going to action for anything I have seeks an attorney maybe that will help I do not recommend this location they're very toxic anybody who comes in the door they assume they're on *** and treat them any kind of way

Messed up order 2 times and the third time the waiter had attitude and said that hes not Denny when the food was cold burnt and orders messed up no Im sorry no discount told the Im not Denny is the attitude we got from the waiter and to top it off me and my family was served bacon that has been cook early this morning to be served it at night hope we all dont get sick cause Ill say we ate at dennys we heard the waitresses saying it cant sit out all day after we ate it and then they wanted to charge more if they had to remake the food they messed up with not to mention their bathroom was nasty and no toilet paper we paid $82.37 for food that was disgusting bloody hamburger cold eggs burnt sausage and burnt bacon

I'm a disabled senior, a loyal customer, and a neighbor. I've recently walked my dog by your Visalia Mooney Denny's restaurant.
I witnessed drug use by employees and was charged and threatened by a young, tall, curly-haired employee at about 4:30 am. This happened after I commented that they shouldn't feed cats Denny's food. Rats and possums appear when the cats go. I've got pictures; please look into the work hours, drug use, the feeding of rats and 20lb possums, and the treatment of customers and neighbors.
I feel threatened in my own, abutting, yard. Thanks.

Preferred solution: They need to change some personnel during the overnight shift. Stop feeding cats fruit,grains,veggies. They are attracting rats and large possums. They need to treat people who are on the premises like they are a business, not a drugged up fight club.
User's recommendation: Park across the street in the mall parking lot. Don’t use side door or go behind restaurant. Don’t go there after about 9:00 pm. Too many homeless people, and the night shift is always seen behind the restaurant with the druggies, and wanna be gang members. Lots of possums and rats, seen at night, behind the place. More or less a typical Denny’s during the day?

I was not greeted upon entering and my friend I had invited was not acknowledged or offered a beverage. Granted she used to work there but it is a restaurant that shouldn't matter.
I was having a good conversation about things in my life ordered my food and the waitress yelled across the dinning room at us about not talking about her or kicking us out?¿? We didn't even say a word about her. I don't care if they don't get along this restaurant is the only thing open close to my house. The waitress went and sat in the car of the manager and I left the restaurant after being blatantly disrespected.
I drove beside the car to say I wanted to call corporate amd complain and he literally dismissed me like shooed me away. Why because I'm a woman I deserve to be treated that way. Absolutely uncalled for. Will be posting on Facebook and TikTok about this company as it was beyond insulting.
I am also calling to complain. I had to drive out of my way to get what I wanted. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

My son's and their friends were in the Frederick Denny's on 06-03-2024 at 10:55 PM. They ordered their food with no problem. (Order #506072) When the food was sent to the table my son Blaine's food was delayed a little bit. When it was delivered to him the waitress did ask if they needed anything, but never informed him that it was extremely hot. When he took his first bite. It was so hot and something came out of the chicken sandwich that burnt his face. It was bad enough to make him scream out. He got up from the table to go cheek his face and wash it off. He could not finish his food due to the burn. The staff never ask him why he screamed out or did not finish his food. Although he did catch there attention when he screamed out. He said " Holly *** that is hot and burned the *** out of me" This has left a scar on his face. We had to cancel his wisdom teeth appointment due to this. We did have the Dr take a look at him 2 weeks later when he could open his mouth and have the surgery done. The Dr made a comment about his face and that that was a bad burn. We treated the burn with cream and ice packs. He could not eat for about a week due to the pain of opening his mouth. He was also in his last weeks of school and was picked on by other kids. Saying he had VD or some disease. We had to push him to go to school. He did miss a day or so and did not attend any events due to the embarrassment and bullying. When Blaine arrived home that night after dinner. He woke us up to show us. We treated it with cream and had him put ice on it. I have worked in the dental field for 30 years and have seen it all. The pain and scarring that he has had to endure was pointless. I called the store and have asked to speak with someone. I have never been able to have a manager pick up the phone or a staff member get them on the phone. I left a message with no answer. This is unacceptable and shows as down right neglect to my son and/or your customers. I would think that the staff and management would be better trained or a little more compassionate about a situation like this. I would like to know how Denny's is going to remedy this. If I get the same silent treatment from you and Denny's is not going to handle this. Then I will take matters to the next level. I can send you the pictures and the bill from that night. I had a curbside pickup order and was not happy with how I was treated. I was hung up on and treated rudely.
Your phone system is not a good system. Employees are extremely unprofessional and appeared to not care that I was trying to pick up my order. On my second attempt I was placed on hold.
Then finally I got someone to bring my order. I will never use this system again or probably come to Dennys again

I called and she was trying to tell me that I was not allowed to make an order over the phone. Which is total *** She had no reason to be rude or mean just that fact how she treats an customer she should be fired.

If you are claiming food poisoning, why wouldn't you want the manager to see the medical report that proves the sickness was caused by food consumed at his restaurant??? This really makes no sense unless the medical report proves something other than what you were hoping!
He only became "hostile", when you were uncooperative and did not show the medical bills. Why not.
Maybe because you were lying for a payout. Why else would you not show this? Glad he yelled at you in front of other customers. Will show them to not pull the same scheme.
He was NOT being rude, just wanted proof. Something you are unable to provide because you have no proof because you are lying to get a payout.
