I(Ms.Eagins)called Denny's in Melrose Park IL. (on Mannheim Rd)to place a lunch order at 12noon.The young lady asked me to hold on.I was on hold for 20 min while hearing everything going on in the restaurant (I'm thinking how unprofessional it is me being on hold for 20min while listening to everything going on in the background ) I hung up and called back 3 times with no pick up.

I waited 30min and called back a 4th time.A African American young lady picks up and I tell her how it was unprofessional being on hold for 20min she hangs up.At this point I'm totally surprised of the unprofessional behavior at Denny's, so I decided to bring this situation to corporate customer service. Im writing this message 6*10*17now and I will follow up with a call Monday morning 6*12*17.
