Came in after ling day 7 oclock march 2 2016 ordered sirloin steak wanted steak was told cooks forgot to thaw steaks so could not order i asked the manager darcy if they would be willing to substitute another steak at sirloin price she said they werent able to do that i feel if you cant provide for customer because of an employee mistake it should be compensated i am hungry and dont have time to shop at another resteraunt for a steak
