My elderly father and I went into Denny's for breakfast. We had not been in several years.

We were shocked when we received the bill. It was over $20 just for 2 simple breakfasts. When I asked about the bill, it was a difficult process and I had to wait. The "manager" took $1 off the bill because the waitress hadn't charged me from the senior menu.

The meal was just no good. The eggs were overcooked and the toast was hard. I didn't want to complain in front of my father because he was paying and doesn't like confrontation.

I left a response on Denny's. com and receive a call from a Joel Padilla. The man was rude and stated that Denny's doesn't serve bad meals. He would not let me speak to anyone else.

I would like to register my complaint. I just wanted a refund.

Monetary Loss: $19.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

So far I have no received a call from Joel Padilla ..left him a message..the holyoke store had bad customer service..which I was never greeted ..employees swearing in back leaving the front of store to hear f word and hole being heard out loud ..no response after a 9 pm. Complaint on June 7 and it's 549 pm the next day still nothing
